[svn] Use `cvs export' instead of `cvs checkout'.

Remove the `--no-checkout' option.
Allow the user to specify the release (-r) or date (-D) of the export.
If nothing is given, default to the latest state on the trunk, i.e. -D now.
Allow forcing the version.
