        intelligent regarding diversified URL syntaxes.

        * url.c (skip_url): Spaces are now skipped after URL:

        * Released 1.3.1 with the patch to prevent crashing when sending
        NULL to robot* functions and the patch to compile "out of the box"
        on AIX.

        * recr.c (recursive_retrieve): Added checking whether this_url is
        NULL when calling the robot functions.
