[svn] Fixed a long-standing bug in the timer code that would cause Wget to
crash when the system time was set back during a Wget run.

GNU Wget (from http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/wget.git). Modified to allow selection of TCP source port. Clone using: git clone http://sjero.net/src/wget/ wget
