[svn] README.cvs: Falsely claimed you only needed GNU autoconf to build from the CVS
sources.  You also need GNU gettext and texinfo.  I also did a bunch of general
re-writing of this file.

GNU Wget (from http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/wget.git). Modified to allow selection of TCP source port. Clone using: git clone http://sjero.net/src/wget/ wget
